The app gives you more flexibility and options for improving & optimizing your product feed compared to your regular Google sales app. Support was excellent & top notch. I strongly recommend this app!
Great App, and great support. I had a different google issue that was not related to this particular App, but Amit was quick to help me with it, and fixed what needed to be fixed.

I have the problem with excluding products in feed and not submitting to GMC.so I contact to support team. They quickly help me out and solve my all errors. Great app with great support. I highly recommend.
The App does exactly what it says we have over 15 K product in the catalog and the feed took all without any glitch. Customer service is amazing it not only helped me to set up feed but also set up Google Auto and Dynamic retatergeting. I already made the sale on the first week within a trial period. Simprosys Infomedia is a customer oriented company and has amazing products.Good Luck !

The app is great and the customer service responds fast. The only issue that I have with this app is the growing errors that I receive every day about the mismatched value and having to crawl my website. I have no idea why this happens and although customer service fixes it quickly, if I'm running Google ads my ads stop running and ranking and it takes 7-8 days to recrawl my sites so I'm losing money and every day more items have this issue and I never have this issue with the regular Google shopping app but customer service is great.
They were really quick with support and thoroughly helped me through my issues. They provide a lot for their price and I'm happy!
I simply LOVE this app. An application that makes it much easier for us, advertisers on google shopping, to always have our feed up to date. Not to mention the incredible personalized support they have. NO BOTS, you talk to real people who are 100% willing to solve your problems. <3
