Corso has been such a joy to work with and the shipping protection has been an excellent feature for our customers! We switched to Corso's Green Shipping Protection and have been very pleased!
The onboarding process was easy and the support team has been excellent. They have a best-in-class response/resolution time to ensure your customers aren't left waiting to get help with lost/stolen packages. Their policies are extremely customer friendly to the point where it's nearly impossible that they deny a claim, which gives customers a positive experience with your brand in an otherwise unfortunate situation. Everything has been very seamless across the board.
