We got a lot of orders for Black Friday because they do a really good job getting a large number of emails out to get you in front of your customers.
I highly recommend! The emails and creative content that this company produces are outstanding. Running a business became just a tad bit easier with Grid & Pixel. You tell them your game plan and they put it to action, in a timely manner at that! Thank you grid & pixel , happy new years.
What I found is that the sale I run must match whatever templates Grid Pixel provides. If I want to run a sale on a specific product at say 25% off, I have to hope there is a Grid Pixel template with the same sale because I can't change the templates. If I try to change the template there are glitches.
Btw, there appears to be no option available anywhere to cancel the Grid Pixel subscription, there is only an option to change the plan.

Grid & Pixel has more than paid for itself. Within the first few months, their team helped us sunset inactive accounts and inefficent flows, cutting our Klaviyo bill and boosting deliverability. Since then, email-driven sales have steadily increased. The performance monitoring and clear revenue reporting sealed the deal—finally giving us visibility into what’s working and why.
I have only good things to say about this app and the service provided. We had a bot attack that brought down to zero our email revenue and the team Grid & Pixel helped us to fix the issue and bring back our sales through email. Excellent customer service, love the designs and the support received. Highly recommended, better than any email marketing agency!
I wasn’t sure at first if this would be the right fit for my niche brand, but the intro call was very helpful. The flows were set up quickly and I saw immediate revenue improvements. The design tool is easy to use and the revenue reporting clearly shows what’s working. The G&P team is helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond.
