After installing and uninstalling 2 - 3 others apps, I stumbled upon this one and I am truly satisfied with this app.
1. It is extremely user friendly.
2. They have brilliant customer support. Whatever queries I had were resolved within a couple of hours.
The support is also always available. I'd definitely recommend it to new shopify accounts.

The option to generate offline bill does not work, after filling a long list of orders multiple times, within less than 1 minute, it fails with a 410 not found error, I do not know what that means, and I do not want to know either since they have been charging every month regardless of the usage and one time when I actually needed to use the app, it did not work.

We are 25 years old group of company and Sanchvi is one of our sister concern company , We are using other software in our all companies but we found Web planex is doing very good job and is easy to operate and with shopify they have the best combination .
