Thanks to their excellent customer service and very short response ...
The application is fine, but I repeatedly kept getting messages on my PERSONAL WhatsApp number saying that the plan is close to being over or other issues. If I am not mistaken, initially it was free for 100 orders a month, then they changed it to USD 5 for the first 100 orders also. Ultimately I don't really care what they do with their own pricing as long as they don't message me outside of Shopify channels. They can set their limits, not allow me to download invoices, whatever, but sending me WhatApp messages outside Shopify is unacceptable and seems blatant misuse of personal information shared.
The support them is quite good to provide help and resolve the problem.
Webplanex was easy to install and super fast to download gst invoices. I was using another GST app that took forever to download invoices at the end of the month. Jyoti from webplanex replies almost immediately and is always available to help with queries. They also helped me sync old orders. Highly recommend their services.
The best app for being GST compliant. Support is really nice. Ali from the team as been really helpful with extra feature requests.
