Guide Protection + Returns

I love the idea of the protection. I had a bit of trouble setting it up because I’m not tech savvy whatsoever. But I will be using it for the first time today. And hope this will ease my customers minds about their packages.

This app ease of mind for our customers and helps us pass on some additional cost. Very straight forward and fairly easy to setup. They have made some updates recently that have made it easier during workflow.

I have not had the chance to use Guide just yet. I have downloads the app. I’m excited to start using this service as they have great offers and I know my customers will be delighted in using this at checkout to insure their packages are delivered safe and secured.

Excellent customer support. They got my up and running in no time and provide excellent technical support.

Thus far this app seems like it will help with shipping issues. No problems so far! I can’t wait to see what it’s really about.

I highly recommend Guide. There setup is much easier than other insurance companies. There prices are also very reasonable which has made most of our customers choose to buy the shipping protection. The integration in our site looks very professional and makes it easy for the customer to purchase.

This is a must have if you are shipping orders. No greater anxiety than when a customer says their package is missing, but complete relief when you see they protected their order with Guide. Guide team has been great to work with and we would recommend it to any retailer.
