A well-designed app with an innovative idea behind it. Everything worked smoothly during setup, and the interface feels intuitive
We installed it for the free agent capture, which was easy to justify. Over time we turned on the optional data layer, where instead of a flat coupon haggl sets the discount based on what the agent can prove about the customer. It lets us offer more to customers who are likely to stick around and less to the rest, rather than sending the same code to everyone. For a higher-priced catalog like ours, that control over discount depth has been the most useful part.
