Désolé !
en plus d´être dans une gamme payante,personne ne me repond.
pourtant c'est écrit support prémuim,ne venez pas me dire de voir dans le spams.

At first, I was just delighted and then within a week, my app literally started saying "There was an error in the third-party application" which Google did not like on my site. I have been trying to contact these guys and nada so far. Now I wonder if all my text is now lost and I have to redo it again. Please fix these errors, we all want an easy app that just works. Thanks!

This app is super to easy to use, beautiful and pretty much worked without any adjustments at all for me. I actually picked a slightly higher rated one first which was horrible to use, this was quick and easy, and there was excellent customer support for something I couldn't figure out myself. Thank you!

cannot customize the font and the theme i mean the page style i hope this app will improve so i can use it nicely

Thanks for your feedback! In Help Center's Settings part, Style section there is a possibility to choose fonts of: FAQ page category, sections and articles. Also in the same Style section you can choose colours of FAQ texts, titles of sections, articles, links, buttons, also - background colour. Save time on installing other FAQ apps, only to delete them later for being difficult or confusing to use - just install HelpCentre and know that you won't be disappointed.

It's easy to use, BUT I can't re-order anything? That's ridiculous. That should be a basic feature. I should be able to type in my FAQ on the fly, then go in and put the main sections in the correct order.
