Another thing we like is the ability to edit orders in Gorgias, without having to jump between the conversation with the customer & Shopify. Huge time-saver.

Great alternative to many customer care platforms. What I love most about Gorgias is the continuous evolving mindset of the team to use the best technology and incorporate in the customer experience process. Gorgias seamlessly integrates with Shopify, providing easy access to the information that agents would need when resolving customer inquiries. Mostly, Gorgias has a super easy-to-use interface eliminating tiresome training time, great integrations, and valuable analytics that help us tag and understand what our business should prioritize in order to better serve our customer. To top it all off, the Gorgias team is responsive, agile, and constantly developing a better product. Highly recommend - if you are on Shopify, it is a must.

Gorgias helps us combine all points of Customer contact to one easy to reach area. They are always there to chat if you have any questions and I haven't ran into a problem they couldn't help with in under 2 minutes! Excellent customer support for a fantastic program!

Great customer service. Some app partners we have are very dismissive when I reach out to them, but Gorgias always goes above and beyond to make sure there is clarity and that I actually understand the answer. Special should out to Emilija who assisted me on my last inquiry : )

Truth be told, we'd be lost without Gorgias. We've used other customer support apps in the past and they don't come near to Gorgias. It syncs seamlessly with Shopify and is extremely easy to use. You can set Macros for quick responses, quickly assign tickets to other agents, etc.

This app is a MUST.

Zoran was super helpful! Quickly answered my questions and even made a video explaining what the issue was. The Gorgias app has been very helpful and has allowed us to serve our customers better. Having it sync with shopify makes answering emails much easier. The customer service we have experienced with Gorgias has been fantastic!

Gorgias is a lifesaver. We have a lot of customer queries from different channels (Facebook comments, Messenger, Instagram, several email boxes, etc.) and Gorgias allows us to manage all of those channels efficiently. The macros and the fact that it pulls Shopify data into Gorgias is a tremendous time-saver. We love it!

We have been using Gorgias for close to a year now, and it has been such a great addition to our daily operations. We have been able to build out an entirely new team dedicated to Guest support, using Gorgias as our centralized point of contact. Very user friendly, easy to integrate and install other software that your business uses, and I am very impressed by how much the Gorgias team listen to feedback and take action to always improve their product so that it serves their customers best. Every agent has been beyond helpful, and the ability to book 30 minute consult calls and attend townhall meetings makes you feel valued and supported at all times.

The features of this app make it so easy to interact with customers and I was really impressed with the onboarding process. Jami was amazing. She walked me through the app features that she felt would best meet the needs of my business. This was very impressive and showed that she had taken the time to learn about my website and my brand. The app itself is just as amazing. Gorgias makes things really user-friendly with the toggle on and off feature. I have not taken the time to explore all of the features but it seems to me Gorgias has provided a one stop shop for all things customer service.
