We love this application. It not only keeps our team organized and efficient, but keeps all the customers info right there for reference as you work through an service issue. The Gorgias team is super responsive and helpful. When we on-boarded with them, we received a one-on-one live tutorial where we could ask questions directly. They have been quick to respond to questions and helpful along the way! Would recommend!
I've tested out a few ticket systems and yours is by far the most simple to train employees on, and by far the most effective time vs money.
Pretty sweet. Their customer support has been great. The user interface isn't super beautiful but it's super functional. We've been able to integrate most of our customer communication channels into one platform.
Gorgias makes keeping in touch with our customers so easy. It integrates with almost all of our channels, and the customer service is absolutely brilliant. Would highly highly recommend this app to anyone who is trying to tie up customer communications!
I now have virtually my entire tech stack and customer communications run through Gorgias. Amazing App and Highly recommend it!

Never miss customer correspondence again. Best service, fast to respond. Would highly recommend them to any store looking for a well-run service that flawlessly integrates with Shopify. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
I am working with Gorgias app since one year now and love every moment of it. The integration with Shopify, and all of our social media is saving us tons of time. On each ticket you can see the all customer information and loves the fact that you can snooze a ticket either before or after answering it! So if you tell a customer "let me take a look and I will follow with you in couple of day" You can snooze it for ever long you want and it comes back for you to follow with the customer. Wouldn't know how to work without it!
great app, my VA's know how to use it properly and their customer service team were very responsive :)
