Really great experience, Gorgias is helping us be so much more efficient vs. our old system! Amazing customer support. Very helpful also during these strange times. Can only highly recommend.

This was easy to install and being trained / training others has been a breeze! To top it off, they have the most responsive team I have ever worked with! We are looking forward to using this new platform as it as already been so useful and it has not even been expanded to all team members yet! I would highly recommend Gorgias!

We have switched to Gorgias after using several other options over the past many years. We've been on the app for a couple of months now and have had no issues! When we do contact support they respond very quickly and accurately to our requests. Gorgias is also very robust and offers many integrations that have been very helpful in managing our customer tickets. Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work!

Epically easy to set up and everything integrates into one place. We have multiple brands and Gorgias enables us to talk to all of our customers through one platform. Integrates with shopify AND you can message back facebook, instagram and have chat. PLUS it's reliable. NONE of our emails have gotten lost which they had on another app we were previously using.

being able to tie customer service, chat and social contacts makes life easy when you have multiple people working in customer service.
Gorgias is still new to us but we are loving the integration straight into orders for returns and keeping track of notes etc.

Meilleur helpdesk pour des PME/start-up e-commerce.

Bien que les features ne rivalisent pas encore assez avec celles proposées par Zendesk (sur le live-chat notamment), je note énormément de points positifs :

- Service-clients disponible
- Plusieurs intégrations très simples à mettre en place (shopify, recharge, aircall)
- tarification par nombre de tickets
- un outil très complet (macro, rules, csat notification, dashboard, vues).

Je recommande.

We're really enjoying Gorgias - the migration was super quick and smooth and the interface is very easy for out team to get to grips with. The reporting features and automated flows are a big bonus. Just waiting for Whatsapp integration to go live and then all our CS can run directly through Gorgias!

The Gorgias team (special shout out to Aasif) has been super helpful in transitioning from ZenDesk. We weren't initially looking for a new CRM, but attended a talk where Romain, the CEO, was a panelist - we were really impressed with the way they approach Customer Support, so we decided to do some research into their platform. After performing a trial, we decided that Gorgias was much better for us, in terms of Shopify integrations and functionality. We also really love the macros, and how intuitive and easy to use it is! Their customer service is also wonderful - they've answered every question promptly and thoroughly! 5 stars all around :).

We are a +Store with about 800-1000 tickets per day from FB messenger and a contact form on helpcenter. We recently made the switch from zendesk to GORGIAS . Kudos to their team. the platform they are building is tailor made for shopify store and by far the best solution available for on the market.
