I sent a message asking for help with adding signatures to an integrated email because it wasn't working correctly. Gorgias support answered within a few minutes and helped me figure out the issue. They always respond in a reasonable amount of time and help provide a solution to any issue we have!

Amazing app - so user friendly, everything just so easy to use and figure out. No lags, no downtimes so far, and the Customer Service is superb! Very helpful!

We use this app for our customer service & warranty departments. Pulling in the customer data and historical order data is a real time saver. Customer support is pretty top notch as well. We had prior experience with another ticket software and Gorgias is just better.

We are a small online store, but would rate Gorgias very highly. The App works great for our small team, making it easy to work together to swiftly resolve customer issues. Customer support has been excellent from Gorgias both with implementation, which we found quite easy and the ongoing support for when we need help. Rules and Macros have saved us loads of time, and the Self Service help desk is a great help too. Before we used a much cheaper app that did not have the functionality, but didnt have the investment. But we have spent more, but saved more time as we grow. We are glad to have made the move.

Very user friendly, easy to integrate and install other software that your business uses, and I am very impressed by how much the Gorgias team listen to feedback and take action to always improve their product so that it serves their customers best. Every agent has been beyond helpful, and the ability to book 30 minute consult calls and attend townhall meetings makes you feel valued and supported at all times.
