The app guides you with an onboarding process. But it does not set all the settings that it needs to function properly. I needed the support for this and it took us a bit over a week from the initial installation to fully working. Once all settings were done, it worked well and did exactly as advertised. First month was over, and the Quota did not reset. 0/0 available syncs. Im now waiting for a reply from support since 4 days.

Amazing Tool! With the help of the Helvy Support Team, we were able to customize the order invoicing process to only account for Swiss customers. Greatly appreciate the help!
Der Support ist = 0. Die Schnittstelle läuft nicht korrekt. Die Rechnung in Bexio erscheint ohne Name. Unbrauchbar und diverse Kontaktaufnahmen mit dem Support bleiben ohne Antwort resp. wird man einfach vertröstet.
