Desde que instalamos Hoola, nuestra gestión de clientes ha mejorado enormemente. Ya no perdemos mensajes importantes en el historial de WhatsApp y podemos organizarlos y categorizarlos fácilmente.
Pero lo mejor han sido las campañas: cada mensaje se traduce en ventas y los clientes las reciben de manera muy positiva. Ha supuesto un antes y un después tanto en la atención al cliente como en nuestra estrategia de comunicación.

Hemos hecho campañas que han superado ROI 50X. La parte de Service/ATC se integra perfectamente con Shopify, permitiendo resolver incidencias eficazmente. El soporte es brutal y el equipo de desarrollo muy comprometido con las necesidades del cliente.
