Hoppy Free Shipping Bar Upsell

I've been running Hoppy for nearly a year now! There were some set up issues that were quickly resolved by the support team. Overall great app!

This app has been crucial to organising my daily deliveries by allowing customers to pick their preferred delivery times. The free delivery progress bar has been good at driving conversions too! Best app ever!

Love this Free Shipping progress bar! There's a ton of customisable setting so you can make it look on brand and you can decide where the bar appears on the website (and even in the cart drawer). Would definitely recommend!

This app makes it very east for my shoppers to find out how much they need for free shipping and makes upselling my products easy.

I had an issue, which turned out to be non related to the app but was effecting its performance. Customer service agent Arti was persistent in supporting me until we eventually found the route of the problem. Great and simple app and it seems to be working in our goals of elevating AOV.

We’ve tried a few free shipping bar apps before, but most of them had issues with accurate cost calculations and didn’t give us much flexibility to customize things the way we needed.

This one has been the most reliable and easy to adapt to our setup.

Whenever we’ve had a specific request or needed something adjusted, the support team has replied quickly and taken care of it the same day. That kind of responsiveness makes a big difference.

Great app, but unfortunately it doesn't work on Horizon. I ended up writing my own custom code to replicate its features and solve the issue. I will wait for future updates

I am currently using the app to display free shipping bar on the header with colored underline to attract customer eye to it. It is the first thing they see when the page opens as this might help remove the delivery charges friction. The bar is working well for us. Previously, i have used it to introduce goals such as giving customer incentives when they reach certain value in their shopping cart such as additional discount or a free product/gift. I have stopped using the free gift aspect as when the goal is reached, it double added the free gift to the shopping cart, then when the extra gift is deleted, it would empty the cart...so it had some technical issues. But as static bar, it is working well.

Die App macht ihre Arbeit solide. So wie sie soll. Man kann viel einstellen, mehrere Stufen, Farben, Schriftarten usw. Ein Stern Abzug dafür, dass man leider (zumindest im Theme Refresh) nicht einstellen kann, dass es über dem Warenkorb-Button angezeigt wird!
