HotWax was essential to our onboarding of Shopify POS and enhancing our online checkout experience. Their elaborate retail inventory/operation management infrastructure, intricate routing abilities and enhanced BOPIS solution were not achievable within Shopify alone. The ease of integration into our ERP system is another key note worth mentioning. Highly recommend!
