I recently started using the House Plant Dropship app and was impressed by how smooth the integration process was. It was super easy to set up with my Shopify store. The integration felt smooth and straightforward, so I didn’t have to waste time figuring things out.
What really made the experience stand out was the customer service. Anytime I had a question, the support team was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It felt like they actually cared about making sure everything went right, which is rare these days.
If you’re looking for an app that’s simple to use and backed by awesome support, this one definitely delivers.
We've had a great experience working with HPD. They offer a wide variety of plants, and orders are fulfilled quickly most of the time. Communication and customer service, especially with Angelica, have been excellent. Our only small concern is that the pricing structure can be a bit confusing at times. Still, a reliable partner we’d definitely recommend to other Shopify store owners.

My store placed an order on 14.Oct, and they shipped out on 22.Oct.
Too long for process time!

We sincerely apologize for the delayed fulfillment of your October 14th order. You are absolutely right that an 8-day processing time is longer than our standard service level, and this delay was caused by an unexpected system outage during the weekend of October 21-22.
To address this situation:
You will not be charged any fees for this delayed fulfillment
We have implemented additional monitoring systems to prevent similar issues
Our normal processing time is 1-4 business days, and we are now back to operating at this service level
