Outstanding integration experience from start to finish. The setup was incredibly quick, everything worked seamlessly, and the whole process felt truly professional. Her dev partner, Steph, delivered with the same high standard, making the technical side feel effortless. A superb team and a genuinely smooth, reliable solution.
Easy to set up and has always worked well. Support is also really great and prompt.
It was about time that we added a pick up from shop option at our checkout. Steph and the Hubbox team made this happen in a blink of an eye, always very helpful and accommodating to any needs they are a dream to work with.

Hubbox has been a fantastic addition to our delivery methods. It has true sustainable roots and offers our customers more flexibility to chose a delivery that suits them.
Hubbox integrates so easily with our Shopify Theme and the onboarding team are super helpful and knowledgeable.
We have been using Hubbox now for nearly a year with no issues. The support team is always on hand. Our customers now have the option for cheaper shipping that is more convenient to them. DPD Click and Collect using the hubbox app is easy for them to use and we have had no issues. Once set up, it works as expected.
Great App. We're using it in partnership with DPD, the combination is working great. We had issue in the past with saved addresses but this integration handles that without issue. We had all the support we needed to complete the integration process.
UPS Access Point is a great service, saves us a lot in shipping charges and missed deliveries. Very happy that Hub Box can add this as an option to our store.
Hub Box has also worked steadily at optimizing this service, which I love.
Some customers were booking Access Point by mistake (breezing through checkout without paying attention to the shipping methods.) Since they tweaked shipping method ordering so Access Point must be proactively selected (aka it doesn't show up as the default/pre-selected shipping method - even if it is the cheapest), that customer confusion has been eliminated. And it is still super popular.
Now they are rolling out a new alert so customers will know when their package reaches the Access Point and is available for pickup. This communication doesn't come from UPS/shopify, so it is filling a gap and will reduce another area of confusion from customers who weren't paying attention to their tracking.
I am hoping for one last update - the ability to set tiered pricing rates. Currently the option is to set one shipping rate for every package, whether it weighs 1 pound or 100; whether it is going 2 miles or 2,000. Our rates vary substantially depending, so being able to add $X amount per Y pounds or setting rates by shipping zone would be a huge help.
HubBox has a fundamental flaw that, when used with Shopify and Royal Mail, it does not automatically correctly create labels with "LOCAL COLLECT" printed on them. This results in Post Offices refusing to accept and returning parcels to us and annoying customers who have gone to collect. It was suggested we should evaluate whether this is not better than parcels going missing from doorsteps?! HubBox customer support believes it is our responsibility to find a way to fix this. It is not. It is HubBox's, it should be built into the system. Thanks.
