Communication with the customer has been very easy ever since we started to use Shopify Inbox. thank you!
This is WAY better than I thought it would be; it's on par with a full-feature chat app for what it does--the chat is great, and the limited feature set is also very helpful. Unlike paid chat apps, though, this does not tie in with a knowledge base or create tickets. But I don't use those much, so this is working great for me. One thing--I don't have any shipping, so I wish I could rephrase the option to 'track my order'.

Hi, I find the Inbox App generally pretty good. The main issue I get is that as I access the Inbox from various devices sometimes the sync between them all doesn't seem to be consistent. Also I find that messages remain unread and flagged as such on the App icon, even after they have been read. This seems to relate to the sync issue. Besides that it is a handy business tool and I would recommend people to try it.

This is a great add on feature that allows you to keep the original email requests handy.
Great app to offer awesome customer service. Allows me to communicate directly with customers in real time to help them with any issues they may be having or answer questions asap so as not to lose the sale.
