Is there a way to link the chat so that it goes directly to your text messages in your phone. I know it pops up on my phone but the tone is difficult to hear.

At this time, there is no way to directly link your number to Inbox to receive messages via SMS, but that's a really fantastic idea! super easy to use.
So far it's been an extremely helpful app. When customers make an inquiry my phone app pings so I can answer it right away. Customers are loving the direct contact. I love having a written record of the inquiries for reference. Customers who take the time to ask a question oftentimes end up making a purchase soon after. It will be interesting to see the reduction in abandoned shopping carts due to customers getting their questions answered quickly and knowing they can contact a human which builds trust.

Easy to use and seamless setup. Does everything that we need it to so really can't ask for much more.
The only good thing about this is the order lookup. Otherwise it's very, very basic. Needs a lot of improvement to do things like missed chats, tell customers that you're offline, etc.

Fast, and I can give customers answers straight away. Saves time to answer than email. A great way to connect!
L'app ha naturalmente la potenzialità solo per il fatto che è nativa. Ciò che manca però di importante: la possibilità di poter gestire piu store, switchando da un'account all'altro, ricevere i messaggi anche via mail per poter rispondere anche dalle email, e soprattutto la possibilità di cercare tra i messaggi (se ne hai per esempio anche solo 1000 diventa impossibile risalire). Le notifiche non hanno sempre un feedback push, la latenza è un problema per un'assistenza live.
