Its great except if you have a customer service agent or another email for support questions you cant use this app. It will only send to the store owners email. They really need to change this - most store owners are doing their own support or have a different email even if they are and cant change their stores email to the support email for security reasons.

It reacts really soon. I got the message as soon as the customer sent to me.

This app is very helpful on keeping us connected with our customers. It really fast and accurate. I will recommend using this app 1000%

Nos gusta bastante, se trabaja cómodo solo que sería mucho mejor poder enviar archivos adjuntos, no sé porqué nosotros no podemos hacerlo.

Very good for quick replies to customers. It does have small issues with offline / online status changes but thats minor.
