This app is perfect
During the conversation, products and stocks are ready , you can use this app that shopify Inbox. recommend
It blocks the whole page and does not let the visitor exit. If they reload the page, it loads back up. This is a horrible experience.
Hey there, thanks for taking the time to write a review. When you open the chat by selecting the icon on the online store - you can also select the application icon once again to close the chat. With that being said, the application should still allow you to still select items on the online store. AN AMAZING APP! a literal cheat code. shows if customer has items in cart, online offline and lets you QUICKLY respond to customers. 10/10

I enjoy using the app, it helps me communicate easily with my customer, that way I can provide them with the information they need.
It is a lot better than when the app first came out but it's annoying that you still cant switch between stores without completely logging out.
