It is a very good app and easy to use and interact with customers.
The auto answer facility is superb and easy to use
It's been great. Customers can get an answer quickly and it doesn't take up too much of my time

All good, it does what it should do.
The only problem, but I think it's more of a Shopify issue, is that sometimes on the mobile app it does randomly log out and I can't know, so I stop receiving notifications.
It's really glitchy. There is no doubt that it is a powerful conversion tool, but it's far too glitchy with messages not loading or coming through instantly, meaning the customer drops off whilst waiting for a response. The AI auto messaging feature is also poor, if you start typing a message, the AI auto message feature will then completely overwrite your message.

So far I'm really happy with it. I like how I can share discounts, see what's in their cart and more.
I hope they add more options, like AI replies to certain questions that are not necessarily instant answers as we don't need a dozen or more options available there. However, some questions we are asked often could be answered with trained AI responses like we had in another free chat app we used up until switching to Inbox.
I love Shopify but I just struggle navigating it sometimes and I do panic when stuff isn't running correctly
Super simple to set up and use on computer or mobile. Nothing fancy...it just works.
Easy to use. The Ai can be an interruption, would be good to be able to click a button to create an ai answer rather than auto fill all the time...
