Simple and effective method to integrating a customer chat section to your site. I have noticed a noticeable increase in conversions with Shopify Inbox' automatic replies and have been able to regularly monitor what types of questions my customers are most concerned about through their chats.
We've been using this for a few months now. This has been effective at engaging customers and answering questions. We've had at least 30 conversations (a meaningful number for our store), and the app has worked well.

It helps, but since it goes back to their email, I am not having much luck contacting them again.
So far using this app for messages from customers has been easy and quick.
Fantastic way to connect live with customers, allows me to add discounts and products too. Thanks for the great app!
