Easy to use and glad I am able to have the app on my phone so I do not miss any messages from my customers.
Shopify Inbox has been a game-changer for managing customer interactions! It's intuitive, efficient, and really helps streamline communication.
Highly recommend for any e-commerce business looking to improve customer service.
The App is almost perfect. One thing I don't like is, that the user has give the Name and E-Mail before a conversation is possible. I can see the advantages.
But not everybody would like to give the name. So we have much less Chat conversions then we had with Tawk.to.
It would be nice to have a setting, where this can be enabled or disabled.

Productivity has gone up. Far less email requests to deal with now.

I love getting notifications so I never miss an inquiry from a customer. The only thing is I don't know if it screens spam or bots.

Realmente Shopify y sus aplicativos son increibles.
