I love Shopify Inbox! There are some, of course, some things that could be improved upon. For example, I'd LOVE it if users could search within the Mail app for messages from specific users or for messages pertaining to specific products or key words. Sometimes I have to research something for a response, and then it's hard to find that particular message again. That being said, it's an amazing tool and it's FREE. It's also fairly user-friendly and simple. Thank you!

We just want to share that we do currently have a search feature on the Inbox website and mobile app. At inbox.shopify.com, you can find the search icon on the left sidebar, to the right of your store name. On mobile, the search bar is above the conversation list. We support searching by keywords as well as customer names and emails.

Great way to communicate with customers. I have it set to email, so I never miss a message.
Very intuitive, makes a big difference to our store.
Solid Product and it works well for our store. I find the AI responses are usually solid for my products and a great jumping off point for a response.
Works as I need it to. It's actually my preferred way to communicate with customers.
This is one of the best customer messaging systems. It keeps the previous conversation records, which makes it easy to communicate with the customer. The only thing is that you can not send PDF files or Excel invoices.
Would recommend because it's user-friendly and informative, allows to cancel labels, good customer services.
May I get a way to download this app to my PC, so I can get notices from customers easier ?
Works really well, customers use it and has let to conversions. Great!
For an app that's free, it's extremely good. there are ofcoure a lot of things that can be improved, but overall great experience
