I totally love what Shopify has to offer to its customers! It's simple, fast and easy to use! The record-keeping is fantastic, all kinds of data are available to help fine-tune strategies to drive customs to our store! best in its VERY HELPFUL
I like how I can access my stores chat on the computer or on my phone. It helps me run my own CS without hiring someone, because I can literally engage with my customers from any point in my life.
It is extremely helpful to have the Shopify Inbox available to our customers, and we love getting the notification that we have a message from a customer. Sending them a response back is super easy too! Thank you Shopify!!!

Hi, I find the Inbox App generally pretty good. The main issue I get is that as I access the Inbox from various devices sometimes the sync between them all doesn't seem to be consistent. Also I find that messages remain unread and flagged as such on the App icon, even after they have been read. This seems to relate to the sync issue. Besides that it is a handy business tool and I would recommend people to try it.

Very easy to use. I really love the notifications and it has an easy integration with our store!!!!!
This app does the job, but I'd really like the option to be able to block certain countries from even sending a message or the ability to send certain countries right to the spam box.

I like that I get notifications when someone has messaged me from my Shopify store and I can reply back in a timely manner.
Ça marche super bien, aucun problème. C'est super pratique pour mon entreprise et ça rajoute de la confiance à mes prospects et clients. Par contre, maintenant je fais mon site en plusieurs langues et les questions /réponses automatiques ne sont pas traduites avec l'application de traduction, seulement l'intro de la messagerie, ce qui est un peu dommage. Ça serait bien de trouver une solution à cela rapidement.
