Super fast with generating responses. Love the easy way to access the Inbox. Very happy with the service

Very good for quick replies to customers. It does have small issues with offline / online status changes but thats minor.

I wish customers could upload images to resolve issues, then all my communication would be through the app.

I like the mobile app, I would give it 5 stars except the notifications take too long to clear, making me return over and over again to see the same message.
