Shopify Inbox

Does what it says its going to. not sure how it serves me other than to email back threw the shop aka without switching tabs.

This makes it super easy to organize my time - especially across replying to messages on FB and IG. So far so good.

Excellent, lots of great features built right in and free. What's not to love? We moved away from Tidio and am glad so far.
