Its great for its price - thats the key thing here :)
Simple, nice features and it works. Haven't got into it deeply but it does seem to have nice features like assignment of messages to others in the business.

It is a useful way to talk with customers, and the integration with Shopify is nice to use compared to other apps.
I like this app because it helps my customers reach me in real time. But I would like if they are able to show me the title and image of the items they are inquiring about. Currently they are able to say the title of the item but no image of it shows.

Very handy, and useful app to have to offer customer service to my customers. Highly recommend having in your shop.
This app simply doesn’t work. The worst part is that I thought it was working fine until this morning when I opened it up and there were all of a sudden dozens of unread conversations going back months. It looks like I’ve been receiving about 10% of my messages the whole time I’ve been using the app. I’m really horrified that all these customers have been ignored because this app didn’t A) notify me of the messages and B) show them in the inbox.

Decent. I don't understand why we can only set one set of hours per day in the settings. We're not allowed lunch times? Right now I can only say open from and then closed. It would be a lot more useful if I can send a different message (away message) for our lunch time.

It is possible to set an away message within Inbox, and when you set it to active the message will automatically send to customers.
