I used the Shopify inbox for a while and I can say that it is very helpful and achieves the aim of it for anyone who uses it.
Not as immediate in chatting with customers as we would like. We were used to using Zendesk and having more data while chatting with customers.
This is a very helpful tool on how to connect with your customers as soon as possible. It helps to get a pop-up saying you are getting a message so you can answer quickly.
it is really helpful for customers if you are there to answer for them. However i have noticed a delay in getting notifications when i am on the road. that might be the internet provider. also i am really frustrated with people contacting for "marketing" from overseas, and somebody did that last night at 3am from india. I'm going to go out on a limb here and rate this app 5-stars because it holds enormous potential. Here is a list of low-hanging fruit for Shopify: 1. I can't add link titles to FAQ;
2. I can't launch live chat when users click a button or link;
3. Add support for inbound emails.
