I recommend this app it easy to use and does a good job.

It has great potential and I really want to like it but it has fairly major usability problems, delays in notifications of received messages (meaning the customer has already left the chat session before I'm notified they've sent a message) along with a lack of transparency about ...

It's so easy to use i will recommend others to do same

Simple to set up, simple to use. Love the automated messages I set up for my customers. I love that it's free and don't have to pay additional monthly. It's fast.

I would give it 5 stars but for the fact, if a person leaves an email you cant copy and paste it into the email from the top of the app. If a person types their email into the conversation then pressing this does in fact open the email app so you can email. It's a little annoying.
