一時期日本語変換する度にメッセージが送信されてしまうエラーがあり、使いにくかったのが、改善されて使いやすくなりました。自動返信メッセージがもっと増えて日本語対応も更に柔軟に対応いただけると嬉しいです。

Ich mag, dass alles so schnell und einfach funktioniert, alles ist sauber und gut geordnet. Was ich mir sehr an Shopify Nachrichten wünsche ist, dass die Nachrichten nicht Versendet werden wenn man auf Enter drückt, sondern dass man dafür auf einen Knopf drücken muss, das wäre einen Super Update.
Pretty good for a free app. I like how it shows notifications on my phone as well, so I can reply my customers wherever I am. Thanks for a great app! :)
Everything works great, and that is the most important thing to me. Correspondence with customers is easy with this app.
Great but EVERY DAY I have Nigerian scammers chatting with our team through the app and no way to stop them and more scammers than customers. You've got to do something about this annoying distraction or I'm switching!!

This is an issue with many live chatting programs out there (even our support team gets loads of spam messaging everyday), so having tools in place to help mitigate the impact of this spam is important. A tool such as a spam filter has long been requested, so I'm happy to pass your review here to the Inbox Team to serve as another example of why such a filter would be valuable. For now, when these spam messages come in, you can click the red '!' that appears in the top right of the chat to block the user and prevent them from reaching out again. -Imogen, Shopify Support
good one! you need more integration with other method of communication e,g google chat , whatsapp etc , but a good start

Great App, worked really well for us, but disappointed to see Instagram and Facebook Messenger will no longer be supported, having it all in one place is the main draw of this

Very impressed with Shopify Inbox so far. I installed a couple of days ago and we've just had the 1st chat session which turned into a $100+ order. Great start!
