it's really nice and cool app so far it's doing the job working very well for me, i don't know about tomorrow.
I really like being able to chat live with my customers! It's a handy feature that I use quite often. However I continue to get a lot of spam. I wish that could be controlled.

I like the way this enables me to answer questions from customers. I use it to make sure they have everything they want. The email integration is a great tool for missed messages.
This has helped us convert looky-lous into customers in just minutes. The app is great and customers are always so happy to have quick responses from us since we allow notifications on our phones.
