Shopify Inbox is such a great app because it gives me the ability to stay on top of my customers' FAQs, feedback, shipping statuses, and product information. I simply love this app!

Only been using for a week and had a coupe of conversations. Seem to work well and is a welcome improvement to the customer experience.

I am very satisfied using this app, 100% recommended business running on shopify, Excellent product.
We like being able to communicate instantly and interact with our customers when they need us for questions. Need to improve few things.. Overall good application
app is good you can connect facebook messenger to it, can you please tell me how to connect whatsapp to shopify inbox?

At this time it is not possible to use Shopify Inbox to speak with customers via WhatsApp, although I can see why this would be a helpful addition. This app is working very well, i was afraid 1st when reading the comments and then i tried and nothing is wrong with the app, it works perfectly. Thanks.
Great app saving time to reply on messages coming from Facebook / Instagram channel and also it have great features to sell directly in the chat. Downside is that the appearance could not be customised (styled).
