Great to have this chat option on our Shopify site.
I have a problem with your wonderfull app with it's location on phones and tablets, I want to relocate the chat icon some pixels to the top ?

Beyond the movement options for your chat icon in the Inbox settings, there isn't any easy way to adjust it's placement without some coding. Shopify Inbox has simplified my interactions with customers. My email inbox is no longer cluttered with email chains from customers. And I'm getting many more inquiries now. I love the way that the Inbox shows what a customer has in their shopping cart. And I've been impressed with the automation that allows simple inquiries about shipping status to be automatically handled without any need for me to intervene.

It didn't seem to work on my phone, I don't know why, mine is Huawei Hongmeng system. Is this system not supported?
Thank you for writing your review and for sharing your feedback with us here. The Shopify Inbox app can be downloaded and used on iOS and Android devices, so you would not be able to use the app on a Huawei device that doesn't use either of these operating systems. -Victor, Shopify Support

I was in the market for an app exactly like this and am so glad I discovered the shopify version. It functions exactly how I'd like it to and sends messages straight to my phone which is great
I like the app because it helps me communicate with customers quickly which in turns increases sales. I also like that you can assign a team member to answer the chat.

it wonderful to sales proudcts publically. opening an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you (“Primary Email Address”). You must monitor the Primary Email Address you provide to Shopify and your Primary Email Address must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. Your email communications with Shopify can only be authenticated if they come from your Primary Email Address.
