I am very satisfied using this app, 100% recommended business running on shopify, Excellent product.

app is good you can connect facebook messenger to it, can you please tell me how to connect whatsapp to shopify inbox?

At this time it is not possible to use Shopify Inbox to speak with customers via WhatsApp, although I can see why this would be a helpful addition. I love that I receive an email when anyone has messaged me and the inbox works efficiently and logically. It is easy to use, clear, simple and does the job. I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great app saving time to reply on messages coming from Facebook / Instagram channel and also it have great features to sell directly in the chat. Downside is that the appearance could not be customised (styled).
