It would be great if on the mobile version the chat with us icon is smaller or can be removed everywhere but on some pages if the customer deletes it. e.g.: it is annoying on a product page when you want to look at the product images and it covers some functionality. otherwise great features

I love this app, adding a chat feature button really helps our customers make the right decision when checking out, or if they have quick questions, that way they don't need to send emails to us, and if they do send an email, it will take them off our website.

SO far so good! I was reluctant due to the rating but decided after much thought to give it a try. Its is straightforward layout and easy to manage. I am loving the integration with Apple.
