This is feature is amazing! I wish the 'contact us' form would flow into Shopify Inbox, too, as to reduce the number of inboxes our team has to check. I think a Desktop App for Macbook would be useful, too.

Excellent. We have switched over from Heyday.ai and could not be happier to switch over. The support at Heyday is probably the worst I have seen. We are happy with this system.

I dealt with Brionna this evening and she was amazing. The help she gave me was amazing. I couldn't have done the set up without her help. She is one of the most patient people I've ever dealt with. I wish everyone took the time to explain everything to me and never did I feel rushed or like I was annoying her. She is an absolute asset to Shopify.
This work great easy to install. I was able to get it up and running in less than 5 minutes. I tested the app as well and it works great.
