good tool for customers to contact store owners
Easy to use and the tag function is good.
The app is good, but there is a delay with notifications to reply to messages. So far I have only had a couple of messages so I will see how it goes in the future.

The app is great, I wish it has the ability to edit:
1- Text on the button "Chat with us!" .
2- Enable/Disable auto question "What's my order status?".
3- Change the color of the button which closes the chat.

It's great but it lags a lot, sometimes the page would continue to reload and reload. The app is good but it would take time to connect to shopify profile.

Easy app to install and navigate. 2 major issues:
You get a copy of every chat message on mail - meaning, suddely you will have 20-30 mails which just is a notification mail. Impossible to turn off. I did try with the help from support.
2nd - the number of scammers has increased over the past 4-5 weeks. all from Nigeria.

Llevo 3 meses usando esta app va bastante bien y cumple su función solo acotar que el tema de notificaciones si falla un poco, porque a veces me notifica y otras veces no, yo creo que si pudieran arreglar este pequeño bug le daría 5 estrellas a la app.
Muy buena, lo único que le hace falta es que permita visualizar los archivos adjuntos que envían los usuarios a Instagram o Facebook.
