This has been operational for a couple of months with us now, it does everything we expected and hoped it would do. It seamlessly integrates with our web site in an obvious yet subtle way. It has helped us engage with customers very simply and effectively.
I guess my only gripe would be, why is it not included as a standard feature of the Shopify platform? As such I wish we had been aware of it much earlier.
So glad Shopify has added this feature. The app is downloaded to my phone and can be used on-the-go. Has already boosted my sales.
After installing this app. I have started receiving many messages, which are nuisance sometimes. However interaction with potential customers actually give more relief to them which, I believe, lead to worry free shopping. So overall this app. helps my business.
Can't set opening hours and the notification does not work every times. better just when its closed let costumers write email right away or send on Messenger

Currently, only iOS users are able to set hours of availability within the Shopify Ping app for Shopify Chat. We understand how this is an important feature for merchants and our developers are working this feature on Android and Web/desktop. I don't have an exact date for when this feature will be available on Android. But keep an eye out for app updates!

I need two features that are essential.
1. Remove conversation history
2. Unblock someone
I wish shopify inbox could be on the same page as my admin page and it wouldn't take me to another window

Pros: great integration with shopify. Customer info at finger tips. Cons: It needs more features: Provide email support, so that we can use the same tool for chat and email support. Provide levels of instant responses, so that we can have more of them available in a categorized way, allow customers to easily upload attachments. Better options styling and layout options to help avoid overlapping with cart page buttons.

je ne trouve plus le lien sur la pannel admin pour acceder a shopify inbox ? Depuis le nouveau lifting ila disparu et introuvable dans les onglets
So far, I am really loving this application. It is so nice to see my messages in one place! I also find it convenient that I can see when I have messages whenever I log into Shopify.
This application is bare bones and desperately needs more interaction options such as requiring a phone number and/or spam detection.
