It is getting better by the day.
Can do with some options. But for a free app it shoud get 5 Star.

4 Star now for asking me again for a review.
And if you ask me for a review why should I have to agree to your Terms and Conditions.

It's great and native to Shopify (obviously).

Only request would be more customisation options (custom fonts / CSS etc)

The app allows for increased sales of products by putting the customer at ease about the purchase.

Excelente plataforma para conectar con leads o personas interesadas en comprar. Rapido y con notificaciones. Las repuestas se valoran demasiado, mas aun que puedes adjuntar productos de forma muy facil.
