I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS But omg this app is so good and SOOO simple and easy to use unlike others. AND FREE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It's good but not very customizable. You can't move it to where you want it on the screen and I can't find where to change the instant answers.

Easy to set up and easy to use. I like that I can easily reply on my phone or on my computer. And it blends nicely with my store.

I love this app! I like knowing when I can't shat right away it comes directly to inbox and I can respond that way and they will receive an inbox message.
