I installed this app on my store and needed assistance debugging some issues during the process. So, I reached out to one of their staff members, Laiba. She took the time to guide me through everything, helped me set up all the events across the sales funnel, and carefully checked every setting in both Shopify and my ads account. I was originally hoping to use the Microsoft Channel app but it's not available in Australia. This app has been a good alternative. Iqra was very helpful at getting the app set up. The initial install didn't work for me but after a couple of screen sharing settings we were up and running and with my conversion tracking successfully working. Thanks so much. I hope to be a long time user.
