To start, I never leave reviews. This system is awful. We typically have a high tolerance for issue with apps and web developers. However, a system like this that's designed to be the backbone of a companies operation needs on relatively free of bugs and have on demand support. Unfortunately it's incredibly buggy, and the support is terrible.
I can provide many example but one in particular with their Amazon integration. It was having an issue where the system was making multiple stock adjustments daily on an item causing the inventory level to fluctuate heavily. One in particular kept bumping up the inventory on an item until Inflow was reflecting over 600 pcs in stock when we only had 10. Issues like this where happening across hundreds of skus. They shouldn't even offer an integration for this type of application unless it's bug free. It's not as though they where allowing us to beta test it. So we decided to disconnect the integration, and turn off the FBA portion of the integration only to leave the FBM portion on allowing us to continue to push merchant fulfilled orders in to our system, however, when we went to update this, the option was no longer available in the integration settings.
There is no way ANY user of this platform can use this features.
Now this problem is the ridiculously slow support. These types of issues need immediate attention.
This is one of many buggy issue with the software. Again this type of software is the backbone of operation and needs to be bug free and have on demand support. We're a 5 year customer as well not someone testing it without understanding how it functions.
If we where paid $500 a month to use the software I wouldn't. It will cost far more in time and energy fixing issues.
Inflow does not sync well with shopify.
Every product, order, customer or vendor change must be duplicated.
Fulfillment sync is one way only
Inflow creates tax adjustment lines to compensate for rounding errors, and these line items prevent the orders from fulfilling.
Very little is automated, it creates more work than it saves.
Hi Coast Ropes and Rescue,
Thanks for taking the time to send your feedback, and sorry your first experience wasn’t a great one. There is a new inFlow update that should reduce the need for duplicating changes—especially for products and stock levels. We suggest trying it out again if you haven’t done so already.
As for your issue with tax adjustment lines: this may be something that the inFlow support team can help with. We suggest reaching out at this page: https://www.inflowinventory.com/contact-support
