This application is NOT for small businesses. It requires A TON of set-up, constant maintenance, and if you do not have a person on staff to manage this application on a DAILY basis-- you will not get a dime of value from it. It has functionality but it is all self-directed. And the customer support leaves you on your own for the most part-- so, it's good for agencies, large organizations, but not for small to mid-sized companies.

Also-- this is only good for PAID COLLABORATION strategies. You are not going to get anywhere with GIFTED collaborations using this platform, unless you are investing in a micro-influencer strategy.

It's extremely expensive for what it delivers. Recommended only for AGENCIES and LARGE brands.

Influencer Marketing Hero has been a gamechanger for my business. Starting with the demo and onboarding, the team is very friendly and knowledgeable about the platform. The platform itself is easy to navigate and does not require any prior experience with influencer marketing. I especially like that the affiliate program is bundled to make this a one-stop shop for working with creators. The incorporation of AI into the platform is also a great feature. As a small company with time constraints, these automations save time and allow me to focus on the strategies and bigger picture needed in order to scale the business. This platform is all we needed to kickstart our influencer marketing efforts. It is intuitive, easy to use, and very powerful. We love that we can find influencers that already want to work with us because they have purchased previously on our website or already follow our account. Influencer Hero has all the tools, all in one and I really like how they've integrated AI into it to make finding, managing, and communicating with influencers that much easier. The customer support is also top notch. They are very friendly and ready to help. I loved the demo, onboarding, and continued support thereafter!
