IGHW ‑ Instagram Feed

We tried to use this app for my website and gave us lots of errors, I repeatedly try to get support and contact them directly but they never responded. I was looking forward to use an affordable app for our website but too bad that they dont respond or help

Amazing customer service! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Jack was incredibly responsive and I'm very happy with this app. Totally worth the monthly fee if you're looking to build brand trust on site. There is no customer service for this product. I have submitted tickets, submitted a form on their website, and tried to email but have not received a response. I cannot get the feed to show up on the website despite numerous attempts, browsers, OS...
