We are using Taggbox for HYUE UGC Campaign, and it has been a great experience. It’s very easy to use, and we especially like how it helps us aggregate content from our users across the globe. This feature has been extremely helpful in strengthening our digital presence.

app is too aggressive in seeking personal information, pushing for upgrades. once some information is entered, you get spams, bot attacks.

interface is horrible, feeds doesn't load well, needs tedious manual selection of content to be displayed, no batches selection available.

how did this app got past shopify to be approved and available to public use?

Since this was renamed/ acquired, the UX on the Shopify App is abismal. Nothing loads.

Great app and functionality for free. Will try the free version for a week before upgrading but the analytics and capabilities seem pretty extensive and worth it.

The Good: development team is responsive. The Bad: despite appearances the app does not work with all social content and true cost is hidden as you have to purchase multiple modules to get it to work as the developers intend. After putting time into setting up this app, we discovered that it is not compatible with Stories content. While Taggbox was willing to work with our outside devs to help modify their platform we decided it was not worth the cost to pay for their service + outside devs to make their platform work.

I had issues with the placement of this app within my Shopify theme, and Prakhar from customer support fixed it for me super quickly. He even jumped on a google call with me and helped me add the Instagram feed to the bottom of all of my product pages.. thank you!

PERFECT App!! We created shoppable Instagram & UGC galleries with this app. It is extremely easy to use. The app offers a seamless setup along with some creative customizations especially HOTSPOTS. Also, the Support team is quick, responsive and knowledgeable.
