Great App. I have it on two stores... I would lite to have more control over reminder emails.. In case clients pay before. I should be able to turn them off
Was able to apply this to specific products and not all products which provides great benefit. Other similar apps do not offer this feature. Unfortunately, reports on this app are severely lacking. There is no way to check/track non-compliance or orders that are currently using this system and the status of said orders. I have customers not paying the second month and no way to track that through the app. I have to manually search each order. I'll be removing this app ASAP. I'm bleeding money using it and the reports are non-existant.

Very simple to use. When I had some issues, the staff replied quickly and helped resolve the issue. This app really helped us offer a payment plan option for a presale item that wouldn't be arriving for a few months. Great options for Canadian Retailers. Unfortunately, the app only allows you to add one product to the cart at a time. We needed an option where our customers could purchase several different items in one purchase and pay installments. If this is something that can be changed about the app I will for sure start using it again.

The app did not display installment option on the product page as intended. Support responded quickly, but requested access to my Shopify account; this should not be needed if the app is working correctly. I granted access, but there was no change in status several days later.

App works great - very simple. I had an issue setting it up, but Kiryl helped me quickly and effectively. Works for what I need: just a simple way for customers to make payments on more pricey items. Thanks!

The contact support is very fast and helpful. I needed more info and got my answers very quickly. The app worked great and was easy to use. I needed more detailed payments option, but other than that I'd recommend this app. I love that it sends automatic draft invoice for the costumer to pay.

Wanted to offer a more risk-free experience for my customers. This does exactly what I wanted. By the way, I installed and uninstalled between 10 - 15 apps and no results. They did it tho! Congrats!
This app does not do recurring payments, as suggested by the app name. It does recurring invoices. The customer still has to respond to the invoice to submit the payment. The app description sounds like it uses Shopify Pay Installments to automatically bill the customer for the subsequent payments, but it does not.
Lack of flexibility of the app. Does not give options and for remaining payment it says discount which could be misleading to the customers. Also Veronica, who I was interacting with was seemingly not interested and didn't bother to check if there is an alternative or can she do something to help me. It was very abrupt and I don't think one should waste their time looking at this app. I hope also Shopify makes note and such app are decommissioned.
This app is great. I wish I can stop sending invoices manually just in case the customer want to fix something different after the order or outside the app

there's no way to track open installment orders with this app. the app does not do much. It is not worth the fee

Holy freaking easy. This is a must have app! Legit set up and installed in less than 5min without the need to contact customer support.
very simple and easy. I love how quick it was to setup. Its super beginner friendly so I didn't feel like I was going to mess up the code for my site.
This app appears to do what it says (Though I have no been able to functionally use it). The BIGGEST drawback is that the app MUST use the default shopify checkout page which, at least in my case, has caused significant issues with the implementation of it. I will modify this review when I have an actual moment to try the app, but as of now, forcing a deviation from the stylized checkout is a major flaw.

App, is very buggy. Be warned. It works with the initial setup, but any changes to your settings will not be reflected correctly on your products. Also, once removing the app it does not remove the feature from that page you applied it. You will have to make a new copy of that product and remove the old one. Tried calling the 24/7 number in the evening and it just hung up on me each time I called.

UPD: the app used caching and we removed it, so now the widget disappears once the app is uninstalled.

It won't go away. I tryed reinstalling it. And then looking for the code. i uninstalled it and its still appearing HELP PLEASE.

I installed the application, translated into French, linked 2 products but the result was unsatisfactory. I uninstalled it but it was still present on all the products. Be professional, perform functionnal and technical tests!

Great App, but becouse of my location (Brazil) I couldn't use on my webstore, Spoke to the manager and he gave all the necessery information I needed and hope to have the App avalible in portuguese as soon as possible.
