I started out using a super simple template, but Instant leveled things up big time. With the new cart features, I can fully go ham with my store design, no restrictions at all. Everything is finally 1:1 with my Figma designs. Absolute game changer.
Excellent customisation options and versatility. Fast page speed load times using templates. Integrates easily back-end with third party apps.
There are a few minor cosmetic/functional capabilities that haven't been added yet, but when they are Instant will be limitless.
Easily the most capable WYSIWYG editor on the Shopify platform today. Their support is top notch, and they're constantly adding new features. One of my favorite software experiences in decades.
The app in itself is 100% worth your money. The customization you can make in this app would cost you hundreds if not thousands if you'd hire someone on upwork or fiverr to do it.
That being said, the support on itself is the best support I have had for any app EVER on Shopify. The creators of the app, together with their team, have made an amazing community.

The live support is a total game changer. It has made things so much easier for us since we have no experience with a web builder. The support staff teach you how to do things which aids with learning of the platform. I would recommend this platform!

I am not the best with getting around with new technical stuff, but the team has been really helpful. They also have a whole course you can watch, which makes everything so easy! I would highly recommend.
I really like this app, I was able to give my product pages a fresh new professional look. There's so many tools, I'm sure I am only scratching the surface, but support has been great for any questions I have. There's also lots of videos and documents to help you along the way.
I think it requires some learnign to use, but it does have lots of great function, and support has been super super responsive!

(Almost) total creative freedom, with integration of many native Shopify features as well as third-party ones.
