Once you get the hang of things the app is easy to use and super flexible! The digital assistant is generally very useful if you get stuck and if it can't help, the team have been able to step in and help instead (Jay in partcular has helped me on multiple occasions and has been fantastic). Great app and great support. Highly recommend especially if you don't know coding. You get true flexibility here.

Here's my story. I’ve had an Etsy shop for over two years and realized that if I wanted to grow, I needed to take things to the next level. I had been using Shopify for about nine months, but I struggled to turn a standard template into a website that truly represented my business. Without any coding skills, I was getting frustrated.

One day, I decided to use ChatGPT to see if I could design a website with AI that I would be proud to put out into the world. Within two days, I had created something really impressive. The problem was figuring out how to make it a reality.

I had two options: pay a huge amount of money to have someone build it for me—which could take weeks or even months—or find a tool that would help me build it myself.

Now, to be fair, there were a few occasions when I needed help from a real person. The AI couldn't solve every issue, and I reached out to the Instant team several times. Each time, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The AI itself was incredibly powerful, allowing me to tweak, customize, and refine every aspect of the site to match my vision.

I truly can't say enough good things about Instant AI Builder and the team behind it. They have created an amazing product and provide excellent support for people like me who have little to no coding experience.

Just today, I ran into an issue with my navigation menu. Jay responded quickly, fixed the problem, and even took the time to explain what he had done so I could learn from the experience.

One feature that deserves special mention is their pricing flexibility. After you've built your site, you can downgrade your account back to the free plan, and they will retain everything you've created. I’ve had a really great experience using Instant AI Page Builder. The customer service is fantastic, quick to respond and actually helpful when you need things resolved.

The pages themselves come out clean, professional, and visually appealing. There’s a lot of flexibility with the editing options, so you can easily customize everything to match your brand and style.

One of the standout features is the AI assistant. It makes building sections much faster and takes a lot of the guesswork out of design and layout. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that’s easy to use and delivers high-quality results.

Instant.so is an incredible tool. I've been an e-commerce business owner for 10 years and have been working with Shopify for half of that. It's always been really difficult to customize landing pages within Shopify, and the process has always been:
1. Hire a designer.
2. Get the designer to make the Figma files.
3. Get the developer to then develop the page.
This can take as long as two weeks to fully accomplish.

With instance, I don't need a designer. I don't need a developer. All I need to do is download the app, ask the AI to build the page for me based on our brand parameters, or you can use their hundreds of templates that they offer. It's so easy and so seamless, plus the team is awesome. Shout out to Arslan for being so helpful. And shout out to Coen for creating such a brilliant product that anybody in e-commerce can use.

Very very useful site that makes life a lot easier. AI working incredibly well, and whenever I needed customer support, i received very quick responses and generous help. Definitely worth the money.

I really like it for now. Simple but still a lottt of options for customization so not that simple too. I recommand. Good customer support too.

so far so good - day 1 . real issue is page speed. I just switched from Gem pages and so far the speed is better. the building is harder. Not a bad thing TBH it is deeper so there is a learning curve. Support is solid. I'd be lost with out them.
