Customer service is incredibly responsive and easy to understand. Normally on these apps you wait hours or even days to hear about a solution, but Instant is different.

It's such a delight to work with Instant as a page builder !
The app itself is super flexible. It can take some time to understand how to set things up at first if you're coming from another Shopify page builder but it's very well documented and there's a lot of tutorial videos too. Once you get it, it's way more easy to use and customize everything the way you want it.
Site speed has noticeably improved since we use Instant and the overall experience has been smooth and hassle-free. I also love how the team is constantly improving the product with regular features launches.
Another important thing to emphasize is the quality of their support. Top-notch. The team is super responsive and also available via Slack. Pretty rare to find such a dedicated and friendly support team that goes above and beyond.

If you have used figma before this, you will be able to pick this up in seconds. Was able to get my shopify site up in 2 days with this tool. Was able to customize home page, product page and set up landing pages. Their YT tutorials are really good too. 10/ 10 recommend
